Job Description
1.供应商维护与市场调研：主动搜索、收集并筛选潜在供应商；根据公司业务需求维护并优化现有供应资源；建立并维护供应商数据库。。

2.新供应商资质审核：对新供应商进行初期审核，涵盖财务健康度、技术能力、质量体系、产能及社会责任等，确保符合公司准入门槛。
New Supplier Qualification: Conduct initial assessments of new suppliers covering financial stability, technical capability, quality systems, production capacity, and social responsibility to ensure compliance with company entry criteria.
3.价格谈判与成本控制：负责询价、比价及最终价格谈判，确保采购成本具有竞争力，并达成年度成本节约目标。
Price Negotiation & Cost Control: Handle inquiries, benchmarking, and final price negotiations to ensure competitive costs and achieve annual cost-saving targets.
4.合同条款协商与签订：就采购合同条款进行谈判，确保合同合法合规，明确双方权责，完成合同签署并下达采购订单。
Contract Negotiation & Execution: Negotiate contract terms to ensure legal compliance and clear responsibilities; sign contracts and issue purchase orders accordingly.
5.订单跟踪与信息协同：监控订单交货进度，及时向仓库、生产、销售等相关部门通报关键时间节点，保障物料供应顺畅。
Order Tracking & Information Coordination: Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate milestones to warehouse, production, sales, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth material supply.
6.质量跟进与异常处理：协同质量部（QC）和生产部处理来料质量问题，推动供应商采取纠正预防措施，持续提升供货质量。
Quality Follow-up & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with QC and production teams to resolve incoming quality issues; drive suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous quality improvement.
7.发票核对与付款安排：通知供应商开具发票，核对发票信息，并按合同约定安排付款，确保账务清晰准确。
Invoice Verification & Payment Arrangement: Notify suppliers for invoicing, verify invoice details, and arrange payments per contract terms to ensure accurate accounting.
8.供应商关系维护：保持与现有供应商的日常沟通，及时掌握其人员、产能、运营等动态，建立长期稳定的合作伙伴关系。
Supplier Relationship Maintenance: Maintain regular communication with existing suppliers to stay informed of their personnel, capacity, and operations; foster long-term and stable partnerships.
9.供应商绩效定期评审：按既定周期对合格供应商进行绩效评估（质量、交付、成本、服务等），并推动改进计划。
Periodic Supplier Performance Review: Conduct regular performance evaluations (quality, delivery, cost, service, etc.) of approved suppliers and drive improvement plans.
10.风险与机遇管理：识别本部门在质量、环境、职业健康安全方面的风险与机遇，提前制定应对措施，并及时向上级汇报。
Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify risks and opportunities related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety within the department; develop proactive measures and report to superiors.
11.其他任务：完成上级交办的其他工作。
Other Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
1.学历专业：大专及以上学历，机械设计或相关理工科专业。
Education: College degree or above in Mechanical designing or related engineering disciplines.
2.工作经验：5年以上机械制造行业跨国企业采购工作经验，具备扎实的机械专业知识。
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sourcing/procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, with solid mechanical engineering knowledge.
3.语言能力：出色的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言进行商务沟通和文件撰写。
Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English, capable of using English as a working language for business communication and documentation.
4.人际与分析能力：良好的人际交往能力，积极主动，具有较强的数据分析与问题解决能力。
Interpersonal & Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5.协调与谈判能力：出色的协调、沟通、谈判技巧和团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
Coordination & Negotiation: Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills with strong teamwork spirit; able to work effectively under pressure.
6.系统与流程：熟悉ERP系统及采购全流程。
Systems & Processes: Familiar with ERP systems and the full procurement process.
7.合同法规：熟练掌握合同法规及商业法律基础知识。
Contract Law: Proficient in contract regulations and basic commercial legal knowledge.
8.职业操守：遵守职业道德，严格保守公司及供应商的商业秘密。
Professional Ethics: Adhere to professional ethics and maintain strict confidentiality of company and supplier business information.
9.合规与安全：遵守中国相关法律法规中关于安全工作条件的要求，以及公司规章制度和员工手册规定。
