Job Description 岗位描述
1. Work closely with sales team to deliver on-site technical support
   协同销售部门为客户提供专业现场技术支持； 

2. Assist in safety management in service department to eliminate potential hazards. 
协助实施本部门的安全生产管理，识别并消除日常安全隐患；

3. Coordinate technical training programs under supervisor's guidance;
  协助主管开展员工及客户技术培训;

4. Manage claim parts process from diagnosis, repair to delivery. 
   负责投诉零件的鉴定、维修及跟踪交付全流程； 

5. "Pre-sales product preparation process: Rust removal , accessory installation, etc. 售前产品处理发货前产品的修复准备：除锈、安装、等工作；

6. Continuous advancement in corporate product knowledge system development (including new product studies)。
持续不断深化学习公司各类产品知识（包括新产品）；

7. Working closely with production department and assist when in need. 
  需要时协助生产部工作； 

8. Other work assigned by superiors. 
  上级交付的其他工作。 

Qualifications 任职资格
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering or related majors
  大专及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业背景

2. Minimum 1 year of technical service experience in multinational manufacturing enterprises (mechanical field preferred)
1年以上跨国制造企业技术服务经验（机械领域从业者优先）

3. Frequent business travel required.接受高频出差

4. Long-term commitment to company development 愿意与公司共同长期发展

5. Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, and listening required; candidates with strong English skills is preferred;
  具备基础英语读写及听力能力，英语优秀者优先录用；

6. Comprehensive product knowledge + Mechanical drawing literacy + MS Office mastery精通公司产品/熟练解读机械图纸/掌握Office办公软件；

7. Strong communication skills & collaborative mindset
具备优秀的沟通能力与团队协作意识；

8. Structured thinking & logical analysis capability
思路清晰且具备系统性逻辑分析能力；

9. Strict adherence to occupational ethics & confidentiality
严守职业道德准则与商业机密；

10. Compliance with Chinese labor safety regulations & corporate policies, as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
