1、根据业务部门承接的客户及产品情况，完成阿里巴巴国际站B2B平台运营与管理;
2、根据客户需求和产品性质，负责阿里后台产品发布和优化，及时更新发布新品，根据实际要求规划推广策略并实施，从而提升产品自然排名;
3、 P4P直通车账户的管理、操作与维护，提高店铺曝光率、转化率;
4、关键词的搜集、分类、优化与分析;
5、负责阿里巴巴平台运营管理，SEO 优化;
6、定期针对阿里巴巴推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销推广改进措施及方案;给出切实可行的改进方案。

其他说明
1、本科及以上学历，电子商务相关专业，英语四级及以上;
2、具备阿里巴巴平台操作经验优先;
3、熟悉阿里巴巴国际站平台优化技能和竞价排名技能，提高产品的曝光率与点击率，增加询盘;
4、熟悉阿里巴巴国际站运营，会使用外贸直通车（P4P），知道平台规则变化;
5、具备良好的沟通能力，较强的学习能力，应变能力;
6、进行数据分析、评估关键词质量度、提出关键词的优化方案；
7、五年同岗位工作经验，30岁及以上。

Other instructions
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, CET-4 or above;
2. Experience in Alibaba platform operation is preferred;
3. Familiar with platform optimization skills and bidding ranking skills of Alibaba International website, improve product exposure and click rate, and increase inquiry;
4. Familiar with the operation of Alibaba International Station, able to use Foreign Trade Express (P4P) and know the changes of platform rules;
5. Have good communication skills, strong learning ability and strain capacity;
6. Conducted data analysis, evaluated the quality of keywords, and proposed the optimization plan of keywords;
7. Five years working experience in the same position, age 30 or above.
